Nicola Johnston, Founder/ Director

Nicola JohnstonA few words about me….

I am a change and leadership development specialist, business psychologist, accredited coach, mentor and trained interpersonal mediator with over 30 years experience.

Supported by first class credentials, I have operated as a senior practitioner on change management, leadership, organisation development, professional interim management, workplace relationship and stakeholder communication assignments.

My natural style is curious, collaborative and supportive. I have a strong track record in applying leading edged behavioral thinking to business and personal development issues and, as a skilled researcher, I am able to develop and implement practical solutions supported by a sound rationale.

I have experience of working with individuals and teams from diverse backgrounds, experiences and cultures across private, public and third sector organisations. I am a specialist in developing people to lead in technical, operational and highly regulated environments, and coaching emerging leadership talent.

I have a long-standing interest in wellbeing and stress management and look to combine that knowledge with my personal love for nature and the outdoors. I can provide coaching support outside of the normal office environment in natural surroundings which often gives people a better space to think and reflect.

Nicola is a positive, high impact professional. She is confident to ask the hard questions in a way that seek to facilitate progress and learning. Nicola ensured we stayed focused on the change agenda and supported me in the design and programme governance and the creation and delivery of workshop sessions for the top 30 managers and the senior management team. Nicola also coached a number of senior managers and mentored and inspired our Programme Office staff.
